Secpnd off, the reason we don't really teach "don't rape anyone" is because And if you are a rapist, you snowflakes think you cn just say "don't rape anyone UwU" will automatically make them change?
Because rapists and other evil people out there, don't care what people say and they know what they're doing is wrong, they just do it. So "teaching" them not to rape is like "teaching" them not to murder, because it hould be something a decent person doesn't do, and a rapist already knows it's wrong but does it anyway.
What do you mean? Society in the west world teaches that commiting ANY crime is wrong, Rapists are sick people, and they know they are breaking that law But just because there are rapists out there, doesn't mean that all men are rapists, there are even female rapists.
